WEAK CHIN
The term ‘weak chin’ is commonly used to describe a chin that’s small or set slightly back.
The medical term for the condition is ‘retrogenia’. Often, it gives the face a sense of disproportion, with the facial features appearing imbalanced. The way your chin and jaw are positioned is mainly down to genetics.
The appearance of a weak chin can be caused by bone structure or by a bottom jaw that’s set further back relative to the top jaw.
